With over two decades of hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, and landscape work, Tim Levi is a highly valued maintenance partner supporting AIM Real Estate Management, Inc. He specializes in residential repairs, small remodel projects, and brings master-level carpentry skills to every task he takes on.

Before relocating to the Lowcountry, Tim spent seven years as Maintenance Manager for a 1,400-acre conference and retreat center in Western North Carolina—overseeing complex systems, large-scale grounds, and a wide range of facility needs. Since moving to Beaufort, SC in 2018, Tim has been deeply committed to serving our local coastal communities with skill, integrity, and pride.

Tim is a dedicated husband, father of three, and an avid outdoorsman. His reliability, craftsmanship, and problem-solving approach make him an essential part of AIM’s extended maintenance team. Whether it’s urgent repairs or detailed restoration work, Tim approaches each job with care—ensuring that the properties AIM manages are in expert hands.
