Taylor Trapani

Introducing Taylor Trapani, our Commercial Manager, a dedicated professional with roots in Atlanta, Georgia. Taylor’s interest in real estate and finance began early in his life, evidenced by his initial role assisting his grandfather with bookkeeping for the family printing business during his high school years. This foundational experience provided him with an early understanding of business operations and financial principles.

Following his studies at Georgia Southern University, Taylor embarked on his real estate career with a private equity firm in the Atlanta area. During his time there, he gained valuable experience working on a variety of commercial transactions throughout Atlanta and the Southeast, consistently prioritizing the delivery of optimal value for investors.

In 2020, seeking a new professional and personal environment, Taylor transitioned to becoming a real estate agent. After successfully guiding numerous clients in achieving their real estate investment objectives, he relocated to Savannah in 2022. Taylor has since joined AIM, where he brings his established expertise and a continued commitment to providing exceptional service to our Commercial Property Division and cultivating new, mutually beneficial business relationships. His proactive approach and dedication to value creation make him a key asset to our team.
