With a degree in Finance, Sonia brings a strategic and service-oriented approach to her work—balancing the needs of residents with operational efficiency and long-term property goals. She thrives in environments where collaboration and customer care are key, and takes pride in building positive relationships with tenants, owners, and team members alike. Sonia's passionate about creating welcoming communities and delivering solutions that make a real difference in people’s daily lives.

Originally from New Jersey, Sonia relocated to the Lowcountry in 2024 and has embraced the area’s strong sense of community. She’s excited to contribute her skills to an organization committed to integrity, service, and meaningful relationships - where doing what is right, fair, and true is at the heart of every client experience. Outside the office, you’ll find her exploring the outdoors, golfing, reading, or connecting with neighbors and friends!
