Marlen was born and raised in Indiana. He moved to Hilton Head in 1994 after graduating from Vincennes University with a degree in Funeral Services. He loves to travel and restore older cars. He is excellent at problem-solving and obtaining results, which is why he has been a great asset to the AIM Real Estate Management team. Marlen can do it all from general repairs and inspections, to excel spreadsheets and billing. As an owner of real estate investments himself, Marlen understands how to help an asset perform to the best of its ability. He knows how to work with tenants and investors and speaks the multifamily rental management language.

He is one of the kindest and most sincere people.
