You absolutely must meet Josh Quesada (though we suspect his profile picture might be a charming throwback from about a decade ago – he's even more handsome these days, just saying!). As a South Carolina Licensed Property Manager and valued member of our team, Josh embodies service with a capital 'S'.

From the moment you connect with Josh, you'll understand why we think he's fantastic. He approaches every interaction with a smile and a genuine desire to help both our clients and customers. Josh's journey with AIM began in 2014 as a Leasing Consultant, and his dedication quickly propelled him to lead our Long Term Rental Division as Property Manager-In-Charge by 2016. Life then took him and his wife away from the Hilton Head/Bluffton area, which meant stepping down from that role. However, Josh knew AIM was where he could best serve, so we were thrilled to welcome him back as a remote associate.

Josh always makes time for people, offering his full attention and a knack for resolving any concerns the AIM way – by creating win-win solutions for everyone involved. Outside of work, Josh is a proud father to two wonderful kids. Josh, your dedication is truly appreciated!
