This is Jose, but feel free to call him Jay – it's what everyone else does! Born in the bustling Bronx, New York, Jay's heart was stolen by the Lowcountry on his very first visit, and he knew he'd found his home. We're so glad he made the move!

As a dedicated Dad to four kids – two boys and two girls who keep him on his toes – Jay brings a grounded and energetic approach to everything he does. His exceptional skills in maintenance and groundskeeping are a significant value add to the AIM team, ensuring our properties are well-cared for and looking fantastic. When he has a moment to spare, Jay enjoys expressing his creativity through cooking for his family and friends. He's a firm believer in the power of learning from experience, often quoting Morihei Ueshiba: "Failure is the key to success; each mistake teaches us something."
