Meet Angie Olberding: The Kind of Person You Want in Your Corner (and at Your Dinner Party)
If you’ve ever met someone and instantly felt like they “get it”—that’s Angie. Her energy is equal parts uplifting and grounded, and her resume reads like a masterclass in purpose-driven leadership.
Military Spouse. Community Builder. Real Estate Pro. Total Badass.
Angie has twice been named Military Spouse of the Year, and it’s no wonder why. During her years with Marine Corps Community Services (2013–2020), she didn’t just support military families—she championed them. Whether it was navigating crisis response, smoothing the bumps of deployment life, or creating programs that brought people together across continents, Angie was there. Always listening. Always leading.
Cross-Cultural Connector.
Her time in Iwakuni, Japan, managing family readiness programs, gave her a global perspective most people only dream of. She learned how to build trust across cultures, advise leadership at all levels, and turn language barriers into bridges.
Real Estate Rock Star.
Since 2022, Angie’s been putting her skills to work in property management at AIM REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT. Add in a decade-long career in the industry, and you’ve got someone who knows how to juggle project timelines, build strong teams, and deliver real solutions—while still knowing everyone’s dog’s name.
Trainer, Coach, Cheerleader. (Literally.)
Angie is a certified Master Trainer who’s led leadership and team-building workshops around the globe. When she’s not guiding teams, she’s coaching group fitness (yes, she teaches over six formats!) or serving on the board of the Parris Island Spouses’ Club. Her work is always about one thing: empowering people.
Rooted in Values.
What makes Angie such a natural fit at AIM? She lives the company’s values—transparency, integrity, and real relationships. Her clients feel it. Her team feels it. You’ll feel it.
Fun Fact: Angie has navigated multiple relocations—including international moves—with grace and grit. She’s the friend who can organize a PCS move with one hand while helping you decorate your new place with the other.
In Her Own Words:
“Helping people feel connected and driving them toward something great has always been my passion.”
